Electric faces Defense Force today, Coffee to Mugher

A shocking blunder from Sidama Coffee’s goal keeper five minutes from the final whistle meant Electric snatched away all three points in the opening match of the EPL. Binyam Haile’s clumsy long strike managed to find the back of the net with the help of the visitor’s goalie. However Dagne Assefa’s Sidama Coffee dominated the midfield with Electric unconvincing under Bulgarian manager Stoykov Yordan. After a 2-2 draw against Harar Brewery, the defending champion Ethiopian Coffee visits Mugher Cement, the side that returned with all three points against home side Diredawa Town.
