Popular DJ buys Hotel Concorde

One of the prominent hotels and clubs in the city, Concorde,

is being transferred to a well known DJ, Wossen Mamo known as DJ Wossen.
The Concorde, located around Beklo Bet on Debre Zeit Road which is very much known for its nightlife is said to have been transferred to DJ Wossen at a price of 33 million birr.
Thought known for its all night dancing the hotel also has 22 bedrooms with standard amenities a Chinese Restaurant and coffee area, Le Grand Cafe.
Concorde was owned by Solomon Ketema, a prominent businessman. He is the original founder of the hotel. He also bought Central Venue Hotel currently called Kings Hotel in 2006.
Kings is located 100 meters from the African Union has wide parking area and 34 rooms. Kings was registered as a four star hotel, although all hotels are going through revision by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The owner also has another hotel called Kings in Cape in Cape Town, South Africa.  Capital attempted to interview Solomon but he was out of the country.
