It is stated that the program will support water supply improvements and multiple uses of water. It will work on improving water access, sanitation and hygiene in schools, institutions and households. It will also work on empowering women in water related entrepreneurship in seven rural Woredas in three Ethiopian regions.  The project that is a year long is expected to benefit 73,400 people living in rural areas including 22,000 school children. It is funded by The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation in partnership with Conrad N. Hilton Foundation (CNHF), Millennium Water Alliance (MWA), Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Water Aid and World Vision.
