Water Sport may relegate without a win in the season

At the bottom of the Ethiopian Premier League table, Water Sport is sure to go down to the national league at the end of the season. A single season at the upper echelon it is surprising the side to sink down camping at rock bottom of the table since the start of the season and waiting to the doomsday to come at the end of this month. Although few ever heard Water Sport FC before its unexpected flight to the top tier last season, many speculated it would be a new soccer force taking in to consideration it is a side with strong financial backing for it represents Ethiopian massive resource water. Of course some suggested joining late in to the pre season and appointing Berhane G/Egziabher not seen for some times at premier league season for the head coach position was short of wise decision. But nobody expected the side to fare so lowly on its way down without a single win throughout twenty matches. Without a win, four draws and sixteen defeats some with shocking score lines, it appears that there is no one closely monitoring what is happening around the club. Of course some new additions notably the former Electric Nigerian goal keeper joined the team in the second round and Getahun G/Giorgis replacing the club manager who helped the side in to premier league promotion. But nothing happened so far and little known efforts may be on the move to save the side. Muger Cement Club has been in the same troubled boat at the end of the first round with just seven points from 13 matches.
An amazing reforming under head coach Girma and sure the club high officials, Muger shot up from relegation zone currently sitting 11th in the table but with 20 points that is four wins, a draw and one defeat from the past seven matches. It exchanged places with Adama Town currently 13th and Harar Brewery 12th in the table and now defiantly to stay aboard the big leaguers flight.
