Bezu Beyene, a cereal exporter and who is investing 480 million birr for the G+5 storey located at Adama ,has agreed a management contract with Louvres Hotel Group to open Golden Tulip hotel in the new building within the coming two years.
The building which is designed by Teshome Ejo Kebede Consulting Architects Planners and Engineers , is built in an area of 6,215 square meters and the building lies on 4,015 square meter. The hotel upon starting service will have 137 bedrooms, two restaurants, one bar, a coffee shop, multipurpose assembly hall, spa, gymnasium, swimming pool, kid’s garden and a night club.
On the signing ceremony which was held on 19 October , Bezu Beyen –President of Gende Import & Export said the hotel sites will benefits good accessibility in line with the main high way from Addis to Djibouti beside the surrounding offer of restaurant and clubs in the vicinity and the integration of daily Ethiopian lifestyle.
