Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has donated vital supplies and limited-edition, handcrafted backpacks from its ‘Aircrafted KIDS by Emirates’ collection to two non-profit organizations in Ethiopia.

The organizations, Roots Ethiopia and Brave Hearts Ethiopia, are dedicated to creating nurturing environments for financially disadvantaged youth to pursue their education. With a strong commitment to supporting young people, Emirates aims to enhance the educational journeys of students at both organizations by providing practical and stylish backpacks, along with necessary stationery supplies. This initiative underscores the airline’s ethos of “connecting communities” and making a meaningful impact in the regions it serves.

Manoj Nair, Emirates’ Country Manager for Ethiopia, emphasized the importance of education in transforming lives. “Education has the power to not only change the lives of individuals but of society at large, by equipping the next generation with the essential tools to build a better future,” he stated.
