Bahirdar boss Abraham likely the next to get booted

Already eight of the 16 premier league head coaches including Fasil Ketema’s Seyoum Kebede and Sidama’s Gebremedin Haile sacked, doomsday is around the horizon for Bahirdar’s Abraham Mebratu who is just four points above relegation zone.
Despite spending huge amounts of transfer money at the start of the season then adding a number of new faces in the mid season transfer window, much anticipated Bahirdar Ketema known “The Tana Wave ” has fallen down in the league table having a shocking record of two wins in 13 consecutive matches. A shocking defeat to bottom of the table Jimma AbaJifar followed by two draws with Sebeta Ketema and Addis Ababa City both in relegation zone, Bahirdar supporters cried for Abraham’s head to roll.
But thanks for patience from club officials, the soft spoken yet never a footballer Abraham could hardly turn around the down sliding motion thus the Football fans are demanding his resignation before the return of the three weeks suspended league and the big match against league leaders St George.
Seven wins, eight draws and ten defeats Bahirdar is currently 12th in the table with 29 points that is just four points above Addis Ababa Ketema 14th having 25 points. Scoring 23 goals while conceding the same number of goals, Abraham’s critics stated that the team building from the very start lacks ambition and commitment. “His post-match remarks are always vague and hardly about the football on the ground. He is always about being nice and humble” one frustrated fan told Capital Sport reporter.
