Registration
- Bidders must register and create profile as a supplier in the portal by accessing the link on the https://www.unhcr.org/get-involved/work-us/become-supplier/how-become-supplier and down supplier portal manual for responding to bid.
- Ensure that all company details are accurately provided during registration.
3. Submission Process
- Bids should be submitted through UNHCR Cloud ERP Supplier Portal by Logging into to https://supplier-portal.unhcr.org
- Navigate to the section for current tenders and locate the relevant tender.
5. Pre-Bid Meeting
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28.10.2024 This meeting will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Bidders are encouraged to attend to clarify any queries. bidders are required to express their interest by sending a message using the messaging functionality in this ERP system at least two working days in advance.
