TOPTABLE TRADING PLC is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Purchaser with expertise in finance and accounting, particularly within the hotel or restaurant sector. We invite dynamic and experienced professionals to join our growing team.

Educational Background:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procure food, beverages, materials, services, equipment, and supplies at the lowest cost while maintaining required quality standards.
- Initiate and process purchase requisitions and manage procurement activities efficiently.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.
- Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with corporate standards.
- Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to meet hotel requirements.
- Verify invoices, pricing, and delivery details; ensure accurate records and reports are maintained.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive status and recommend necessary actions.
- Assist in calculating the cost of goods, preparing budgets, and ensuring alignment with financial plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipping timelines and documentation for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to address operational needs and enhance efficiency.
