INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER
Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization established in 1999 in Jigjiga Ethiopia, serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in the Ethiopian Somali Regional State. OWDA has been actively engaged in humanitarian and development initiatives across various parts of the Somali region for many years, yielding significant positive outcomes. Currently, in collaboration with the UNICEF, we have agreed to build the resilience of the local authority to respond to the education and protection needs of the children through the provision of a safe learning space for boys and girls living amid humanitarian emergencies by integrating accelerated learning, child protection, and skills development. OWDA will target 4,500 out of children in educational services (ALP, ASR, and life skill development) and 9500,00 girls, women, and children through the provision of child protection and GBV services in Liban woreda of DolloAddo and Guradamole and Afder woreda of Dollobay.The purpose of this advertisement is to invite competent Suppliers for printing Supplementary reading materials (4,480 textbooks) under KFW Project and printing materials (2,480 text books).

Interested suppliers who are qualified and legally registered in Ethiopia for the supply of quality printing presses, and who have valid trading licenses and meet their tax obligations, may obtain the complete set of tender documents from the OWDA Office during office hours.”

The tendering is from May 04 up to 19th May 2025. The deadline for picking the tender documents is May 19th 4:30 pm and submission of tender is May 20th, 2025, 10:00AM.
Bids shall be opened at the OWDA Jigjiga office on May 20th, 2025, 11:00 AM in the presence of tenders who may wish to attend.
