before or on 17 December 2025 @11:00AM. While sending your request for clarification, please ensure that you specify the LITB number in the subject email, and provide the name of your company, contact person, email, and mobile number.

The due date for submission of BID is through dedicated email eth-tendergoods@unicef.org, before 2:00 PM (East African Time) on 22 December 2025.

Submission of bids must adhere to the following requirements:

Subject Line the LITB reference number must be indicated in the subject line of the email.

Timely Submission To reduce the risk of late delivery, emails should be sent well in advance of the bid submission deadline.
