Invitation Bid for Sale of different IVECO model spare parts

AMCE invites eligible bidders to participate on the bid for the purchase of different IVECO model spare parts  

  1. Interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable birr 100.00 (One Hundred) can collect the parts list from Purchasing & Logistics Dept. starting from August 10,2020. Monday to Friday from 9:AM-12:00AM in the morning and 2:00PM-5:00PM in the afternoon.
  2. Bidders should present copy of renewed Trade License, Tin and vat certificate with their offer.
  3. The bid initial offer shall be Birr 700,000.00(Seven Hundred Thousand birr).
  4. Bidders should submit their offer with license and CPO in one envelop.
  5. Bid should be submitted to Automotive Manufacturing Company of Ethiopia Sh. Co. (AMCE) Purchasing & Logistics Dept.
  6. Bids should be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 20,000.00

(Twenty Thousand) in the form of CPO.

  1. Each bidder should propose in compliance to the bid requirements.
  2. Bid documents submission will be closed on August 21, 2020 at 3:00 PM and shall be opened on August 24,2020 @ 10:00 AM at AMCE Meeting Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
  3. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids at its own discretion.
