Abay bank launches donation campaign through forex service

Abay bank has launched ‘One-Birr for One dollar’ campaign intended to mobilize the diaspora community to support the displaced citizens as they return home for the festive season. Following the recent call of government to Ethiopian Diasporas to show their solidarity in rebuilding the nation following collateral damages of the war, Abay bank has launched the campaign to facilitate donations for the displaced citizens.
The campaign is said to span for one month starting from December 30, 2021 up to January 30,2022. Without costing the diaspora anything but exchanging their foreign currency at any branch of Abay Bank, the diaspora community can collaboratively support the bank’s supportive cause.
