ICT professionals and senior government leaders to speak at TICON Africa

Speakers at the upcoming Technology Information Confederation Africa (TICON Africa) Conference 2024 include respected names in the ICT industry as well as senior officials from member countries.

TICON Africa will be held at the Kenyan coastal city of Mombasa between 25 and 27 September alongside the Marketing Society of Kenya’s symposium. The two events will bring together a tangible showcase of how ICT can help drive marketing strategies through the best use of data, business intelligence, and machine learning.

A particular coup for the events is that the speaker at the joint plenary closing session is Nyimpini Mabunda. Mabunda has more than 25 years’ experience in leading major consumer goods, food franchise, and telecoms businesses across Africa and the United Kingdom.

Bringing together the best of both worlds, Mabunda also has experience in melding technology with marketing, with a background that includes strategy, marketing, sales, digital transformation, data analytics, business turnaround, private equity, stakeholder management, and market development.
