REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR FieldMaintenance SERVICE PROVISIONING TO SAFARICOM ETHIOPIA SITES

Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC (Safaricom Ethiopia) is inviting proposals from qualified Field Maintenance Service providers. The selected provider must possess the necessary human resources, fleets, tools, and experience to deliver comprehensive on-site network maintenance. This includes First Line Maintenance, available 24/7, 365 days a year.


Under the supervision of Safaricom Ethiopia, the service provider will be responsible for both Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Active and Passive Network elements at Safaricom sites. The service provider must have a physical or operational presence in the region(s) where they intend to offer their services, as specified in the submission of expression of interest. Below is list of regions Safaricom Ethiopia expecting suppliers to provide Field Maintenance Service.
