ORGANIZATION FOR WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT IN ACTION

INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER

Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in Ethiopian Somali Regional State. OWDA has received funds from the BMZ , to execute a project called ” Multi sect oral approach to food security and resilience of pastoralists and agro-pastoralists in Somali region.” The purpose of this advertisement is to invite competent contractors to procure livestock feed(concentrated TMR) , in Denan woreda of Shabelle zone, Somali Region of Ethiopia.

Interested contractors qualified and legally registered in Ethiopia for procure livestock feed(CONCENTRATED TMR) and have valid trading licenses, meet their tax obligations may obtain, the complete set of tendering documents at the following OWDA Office during office hours:

OWDA Jijiga Office, Kebele 04, Jigjiga, Ethiopia, Telephone +251 25776 00 29

The tendering is from 17th February – 3th March 2025. The deadline for picking the tender documents is March 3, 4:30 PM and submission of tender is March 4th 2025 @10:00AM.

Bids shall be opened at the OWDA Jigjiga office on March  4th 2025@3:30 PM in the presence of tenders who may wish to attend.

The Organization for Welfare and Development in Action reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all Tender.

NB: Both the receiving and the submission of bid document will be at Jigjiga office.
