Potential applicants already registered in UNPP (UN Partner Portal) will apply through https://www.unpartnerportal.org/ platform, however new applicants not yet registered in UNPP are expected to first register before applying using the same link: https://www.unpartnerportal.org/. After the registration and profile is completed, the applicants can apply using the same link.

Any query or clarification regarding this (EOIs) shall be sent through an email to gaddisu@unicef.org or https://www.unpartnerportal.org the online portal provided above before or on 01 April 2025. While sending your request for clarification, please ensure that you specify the EOI Project Title in the subject of your email, and provide the name of your company, contact person, email, and mobile number.
The due date for submission of Concept Notes through the provided portal is on or before 2:00 PM on the 14th of April 2025. Please read the EOIs for detailed requirements and due dates.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT
Submission of EOIs should be done as per the below requirements.
a) EOI – Project Title of the Concept notes should be indicated on the Subject. b) To reduce the risk of late delivery emails should be sent in good time before the deadline of the bid submission
