ADVERT FOR INVITATION FOR BID

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international non-governmental organization working in Ethiopia for the provision of multi-sector refugee and rural community assistance in Tigray, Benshangul-Gumuz, Somali, Oromia, Gambella, and SNNP Regional States.

The IRC now invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent, and have a valid license for current Ethiopian FY E.C 2017 or G.C.2025  for the procurement of two years  Master Purchase agreement to supply of NFI (NonFood ) items.

Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive tender process.

The Complete set of bidding documents in English for the aforementioned activities can be obtained from IRC office 7th floor during working hours from June 9, 2025, to  June 24, 2025. at the address mentioned above. The prospective bidder shall present his/her company’s name and signing to acknowledge receipt of the bid documents.

Bid should be submitted to the mentioned address on or before June, 24, 2025-10:00 AM. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened June 24, 2025 – 10:30 AM in the absence of bidders and their representatives. The International Rescue Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids
