A Master’s Degree is preferredProficiency in project management, with a focus on high-rise building.Construction related software in engineering (Auto CAD, SAP, Arch cad, etc. | The jobholder is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the overall activities of the head Quarter building project on behalf of the bank. She/he directs all aspects of the new Head Quarter Building project of the bank, from initial planning to final completion. He/she will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the desired quality standards. | Addis Ababa V.
