Tender brief description:

The Regional Migration Fund supporting Migrants, Refugees and Host Communities (“RMF “) Project is in the process of constructing community development center in Tog-Wejale city administration Somali regional state, in The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

This will require the support of a consultancy firm to support OWDA in the following stages of the assignment.

a)            Stage 1: Detailed Design and Preparation of Works Tender Documents

b)            Stage 2: Assistance During Tendering

c)            Stage 3: Supervision of Construction Works and Supplies

d)            Stage 4: Services during Contractor’s Defects Notification Period and Closure of the Project 

How to obtain documents and submit proposals:

Interested consultants who are legally registered in Ethiopia, possess valid trading licenses, and have fulfilled their tax obligations are invited to obtain the complete set of tender documents from the OWDA Office during official working hours at the following address:

The tendering period will run from June 14^th up to 6^th of July ,2026

The deadline for collecting tender documents is June 14^th Up to 4^th  of July, 2026, at 4:30 PM, while the deadline for submission of bids is July 6^th, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Bids will be opened at the OWDA Jigjiga Office on July 7^th, 2026, at 3:00 PM, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

The Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part.

Note: Tender documents may be submitted either physically to the OWDA offices in Jigjiga and Addis Ababa or electronically via email by interested applicants.
