ECA extends RFQ for second full telecom operator

The Ethiopian Communications Authority (ECA), extended the submission date of the Request for Qualification (RFQ) for the second new full service nationwide Telecommunications Service License (License B) to October 6, 2023, which invited telecommunications operators to operate within Ethiopia’s rapidly growing economy.
