1. Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. (Food safety or leadership certifications are a plus).
- Experience: Min. 4–5 years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Key Duties: Overseeing daily front-of-house operations, team leadership, guest service management, and maintaining food safety standards.

2. Assistant Director of Finance
- Education: BA in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification is an advantage).
- Experience: Min. 8 years progressive experience (3+ years in management), preferably in hotels/restaurants in Ethiopia.
- Key Duties: Financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, IFRS and Ethiopian tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Payroll), internal controls, and team supervision.

3. General Maintenance Technician
- Education: Technical Diploma/TVET in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, or related field.
- Experience: Min. 5 years total maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in hospitality or commercial facilities.
- Key Duties: Preventive maintenance planning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration/kitchen equipment repairs, basic carpentry/painting, and log management.

4. Receiver
- Education: Diploma/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Min. 2 years in receiving, warehouse operations, or storekeeping within the hospitality sector.
- Key Duties: Inspecting and accepting deliveries against POs/invoices, issuing GRNs, FIFO/FEFO inventory management, and coordinating with finance and kitchen teams.

5. Import Officer
- Education: BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Min. 4 years in import/customs clearance (2+ years in a similar role), ideally in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Key Duties: Managing end-to-end import documentation, coordinating customs clearance and freight forwarders, ensuring NBE and Customs Commission compliance, and tracking landed costs.
