EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PROVISION OF REGIONAL VEHICLE HIRE SERVICES

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES


Safaricom Ethiopia offers Vehicle Hire Services to staff on a need basis across the country. The vendor will be expected to offer Vehicle Hire Services to Safaricom staff across the country. Furthermore, the vendor will be required to provide services for day and nighttime work, including late night as well as providing service for airport transfers as well as staff events as and when required.


This Expression of Interest (EOI) document is intended to lead to the identification of suppliers that can demonstrate that they have sufficient capacity to provide these services in the best possible way and in a manner that enables Safaricom to meet its expectations. EOI REQUIREMENTS
Safaricom is therefore soliciting interested and capable service providers that may submit their Expression of Interest by providing the information and documents listed below:
Provide the company’s documents:
A.The supplier should be available in the listed cities; Diredawa, Jigjiga, Hawassa, Arbaminch, Sodo, Hossana, Gode, Nekemte, Adama, Jimma, Bahirdar, Dessie, Gambella, Mekelle, Semera and Assossa, Gondor, Moyale, Dilla
B.The supplier should have a business license from the above-mentioned region/cities and can submit more than one license if the supplier operates in different cities.
C.Company Profile, Business License, Business Registration, TIN certification, and Memorandum of Association.
D.Years of experience as a provider of vehicle hire services and minimum requirement is two (2) years.
E.List of three reference/recommendations.
