Secretary to Head of Mission

Employer: Embassy of Cabo Verde to EthiopiaGross Monthly Salary: 300 USD or Equivalent in ETBBenefits: Life insurance and health insurance pursuant to the agreement between the partiesDeadline for Application: April 10th, 2025, COBMain responsibilities Organization of the agenda of the head of mission and the Embassy.Management of Embassy’s correspondence, including creating and maintaining files.Supporting the Embassy in administrative matters, particularly in its relations with local and Cape Verdean entities.Qualifications/ExperienceGeneral requirements for civil servant both under Caboverdean and Ethipian Law;Certifyied Administrative Professional;Having adittional academic background in areas such as Public Administration, Management and foreign languages is preferable;Having regularized tax and social security situation with the local authorities;Fluency in English, Poruguese and French are preferable.Documents for ApplicationCopy of personal ID;Documented evidence of academic qualifiocations;Detailed and updated CV;Proof of toher relevant qualifications/experience;TIN number;Proof of residence;Criminal certificate;Any other documents deemed relevant by the applicant.Process of SelectionApplications should be submitted until COB, April 10th , 2025, to the e-mail:eurico.graca@mnec.gov.cv.The selection of applicants will be carryied out within one week from the application deadline trough evaluation of CVs (30%), writing test ( 30%), and and interview (40%).
