INVITATION TO BID FOR JANITORIAL & CLEANING SERVICES

BID Number: AMCE-02/25

The Automotive Manufacturing Company of Ethiopia Share Company (AMCE) invites interested and qualified bidders to submit proposals for Janitorial and Cleaning Services.

1. Bid Documents: Interested bidders may obtain the bid documents from the Purchasing Logistics Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr). The documents will be available until the closing date for bids (Monday to Friday), starting from April 7, 2025.

2. Eligibility Requirements: Bidders must include the following documents with their proposal a valid Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and any other necessary documents as specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

3. Submission of Bids: Both the Technical and Financial offers must be sealed separately and labeled “Bid for Janitorial and Cleaning Services.” Proposals should be submitted to the Purchasing & Logistics Department at AMCE by April 24,2025 at 10:00 A.M.

4. Bid Security: A bid security of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) is required in the form of a Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO) only. The bid opening will take place on April 24, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. in AMCE’s Meeting Room.

5. Site Visits: Bidders are encouraged to visit the site from Monday to Friday during the following hours:

   – Morning: 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and Afternoon: 1:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.

6. Rights Reserved: AMCE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at its discretion.
