  1. CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPING A REGIONAL GREEN FINANCE STRATEGY (RGFS).The expected duration of the assignment is six (6) months. The estimated level of effort is Four (4) person months. A Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selections (QCBS) method. The services and requirements for this Consultancy are stipulated in the Terms of Reference (ToR) that can be obtained from the address below.
  • The Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP) General Secretariat now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
  • Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s ”Procurement Policy for Bank Group funded operations”, dated October 2015 which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
