Bid for Architect’s ServicesAddis Bank S.C. has acquired a lease-plot in Addis Ababa, Arada Sub-City, Woreda 05 for the purpose of constructing a Multi-Use Building. The architect to be commissioned with the design of the building will be selected through a quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) procedure, with ‘CONCEPT’ presentation design input

.The scope of services shall consist of rendering comprehensive design services in all disciplines and providing contract administration services including construction bid processing, fulltime on-site supervision and periodic design supervision.Registered design firms are invited to participate in the bid.

The instruction sheet and forms may be collected from the registration desk by submitting a neatly completed slip on the form below and bearing the design firm’s seal on the back.
