INVITATION FOR OPEN BID

(Ref No. ZISC/Pro/01/2025)

  1. Zemen Insurance S.C (ZISC) invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the Procurement of Supply, Installation, configuration, commissioning, and support services of Integrated Core Insurance Solution.
  2. The bid document can be obtained from the company Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr).
  3. The bid remains floating from Jan-22-2025 up to March-07-2025 and will be closed on March-07-2025, 10:00AM, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on March-07-2025 the same date at 10:30AM at the Company’s Meeting room, Haile and Alem Building, Bole road, Zemen Insurance S.C 2nd Floor Meeting Room.
  4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 600,000.00 (Six hundred Thousand) or equivalent in USD in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O).
  5. All bidders must be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Zemen Insurance S.C during office hours on/before March-07-2025, 10:00AM at the second floor meeting room.
  6. Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
  7. Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

  9. Zemen Insurance S.C reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
