WaterAid is an international Non-Governmental Organization established in 1981. Its vision is a world where everyone, everywhere has access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene and its mission is to transform lives by providing safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WaSH). WaterAid works in partnership with government at all level to effectively contribute towards the achievement of its vision and mission. WaterAid started its mission in Ethiopia in 1983 by financing small projects through established organizations such as Ethiopian Red Cross Society but opened its country office in 1991. So far, it served more than 3 million people with safe water, sanitation, and hygiene.

WaterAid Ethiopia hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the Procurement of: Construction of WASH Facilities in Berbere And Gimbichu Woredas of Oromia Regional State.

1. A complete set of bid document can be obtained from WAE’s office from July 18, 2022 to July 29, 2022 during working hours, 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 01:30 PM – 05:00 PM.
2. Bids must be accompanied with renewed business licenses and Construction license, VAT registration certificate, TIN Certificate, and must submit these requirement/s.
3. Bidders should submit their original offers in sealed envelopes to WAE’s office on or before  July 29, 2022 until 01:30 PM and must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two (2%) of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO at least for three months from the date of bid opening.

            Note: CPO must be attached in the original financial document.

4. Bid must be clearly marked by “bidders name, address, legal stamp and reference number Ref: WAE/Const./Golo-Boe/OB/2022/Ep0011
5. Bidders must submit only the original technical and financial document separately. The technical and financial documents should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked “ORIGINAL and “Copy”. Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the event of any discrepancy between them the original will prevail.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who prefer to attend at our office on July 29, 2021 at 02:00 PM.
7. WaterAid Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall also be rejected.

1. Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise here by invites all interested and eligible bidders for Supplying, Installation, Commissioning of Electromechanical Equipments, Pipes and Fittings and Civil Works for Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise Water Supply Project. The Enterprise invites all eligible bidders having an electromechanical license of Grade EM -5 or above renewed for 2014 EC and those currently registered with the Bureau of Trade & Industry for the current year.
2. Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise has secured budget toward the cost of Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise Water Supply Project and intends to apply a portion of this budget to cover eligible payments under the contract for supplying, installation, commissioning of electromechanical equipments, pipes and fittings and civil works for Addis Ababa abattoirs enterprise water supply project
3. Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise acting as executing agency for the Project invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supplying, Installation, Commissioning of Electromechanical Equipments, Pipes and Fittings and Civil Works for Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise Water Supply Project

5. All Electromechanical contractors are required to submit a bid bond of 2% of the bid amount in the form of unconditional bank Guarantee, cash or CPO only issued by a recognized local bank along with the bid document.
6. Bids shall be valid at least for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security of not less than 2 % of Contract price in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO or cash and shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise, procurement department, room no 30, on or before 11 August 2022 at 10:00 AM (GMT + 3) at which time the bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
7. All sealed technical and financial offers should be submitted on or before 11 August 2022 at 10:00 AM (GMT + 3) to Procurement & Property Administration Work process of the Enterprise.
8. The bid will be opened in the Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise on 11 August 2022 at 10:30 AM (GMT + 3) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
9. The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid without assigning any reason thereof.

1. MOENCO would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for the procurement of the following CISCO Productsthrough open tender.

6. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids, any failure to observe instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.
