Conflicts in Benishangul Gumuz kill 10 people, injure 38

About 10 people were killed in the conflict that took place in Assosa, Sherkole and Mao-komo areas in the Benishangul Gumuz regional state.
Dinsa Beyene, head of the regional state’s justice and security administration bureau said that 38 others were injured in the conflict.
About 46 people were arrested on suspicion of inciting the conflict, he said. The areas have now returned to stability, according to Dinsa.
