REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE

Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI) is an international NGO founded in 1965. COOPI Ethiopia started its operation in the country in 1995 with legal registration. Its activities includes water resources, Emergency and development, WASH and Sanitation, awareness and capacity building. COOPI is implementing its projects through a country office based in Addis Ababa and Field offices in Oromia, Afar, Amhara, Tigray, and Somali Regions.

In line with statutory and regulatory requirements, the organization invites qualified and licensed audit firms to submit their proposals to conduct its annual external audit for the year ended 2025. The selected audit firm will audit the organization’s accounts for 3 consecutive years starting from 2025.

The audit will be conducted at COOPI Ethiopia Head Office, Addis Ababa.

Interested and competent bidders are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes based on our Term of Reference (TOR) for the audit service within 10 consecutive working days starting from the date of this announcement in separate sealed envelopes to COOPI office Located in Addis Ababa Bole Sub city, Wereda 6 House No- 088 commencing from Monday 29/12/2025 to Monday 12/01/2026 from 8.30 AM to 05.00 PM.

Bid received after the aforementioned deadline will not be considered.

COOPI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidders.
