BGI Ethiopia, Carpediem PLC donate 1 million birr worth of food items to IDPs

As part of its social responsibility BGI Ethiopia in collaboration with Carpediem PLC has donated food items for internally displace persons rising from the conflict in the northern part of the country and shelter in Bahirdar town.
“The support will continue to the other parts of the country,” said BGI Ethiopia.
Apart from running its day to day business, BGI Ethiopia has been participating in different social works through the time. Two weeks ago the company donated 2.2 million birr and one million birr worth of blankets to internally displaced persons in Kombolcha town. This time the two companies donated one million birr worth of food item. Previously BGI Ethiopia joined the road to remove enboch from Tana Lake by handing over 5.8 million birr worth of cutting machine.
