በኢትዮጵያ የሚገኙ ሱዳናውያን በጦርነትና በገቢ እጦት መካከል 300 ዶላር ቅጣት እየተጠየቁ ነው

ተባለበኢትዮጵያ የሚገኙ በጦርነት የተፈናቀሉ ሱዳናውያን፣ ከሰብዓዊ እና ከኑሮ ፈተናዎች በተጨማሪ፣ የመኖሪያ ፈቃድ እና የቪዛ እድሳት ጋር ተያይዘው ከባድ የገንዘብ ጫና እየደረሰባቸው መሆኑን ተገልጿል።

የቅርብ ጊዜ መረጃዎች እንደሚያሳዩት ግጭቱ ከጀመረ ወዲህ ኢትዮጵያ ከ100 ሺህ በላይ ሱዳናውያንን ተቀብላለች። ዜጎቹ እንደሚሉት፣ ባለሥልጣናት ለእያንዳንዱ ወርሃዊ ቪዛ እድሳት 100 ዶላር ክፍያ የሚጠይቁ ሲሆን፣ እድሳቱን በማዘግየት ለእያንዳንዱ ወር ደግሞ 300 ዶላር ቅጣት ይጥላሉ።

የሱዳን ትሪቢዩን ዘገባ እንደሚያሳየው፣ ወርሃዊ የመግቢያ ቪዛዎችን ማደስ በጦርነት፣ በገቢ መጥፋት እና በሀብት እጥረት መካከል እጅግ በጣም አድካሚና ውድ ሂደት ሆኗል።

በተለይም ጦርነቱ በቀጠለበት በዚህ ወቅት፣ ይህ የገንዘብ ክፍያና ቅጣት ከሱዳናውያን ስቃይ ጋር የሚጣጣም ባለመሆኑ፣ የሰብዓዊ ውሳኔ እንዲሰጥና ጣልቃ ገብነት እንዲደረግ ጥሪ ቀርቧል።

ሱዳናውያኑ አክለውም፣ ቪዛ የማራዘም ሂደት ላይ ካለው ከፍተኛ ክፍያና ቅጣት በተጨማሪ፣ በአዲስ አበባ የሚገኘው የሱዳን ኤምባሲ ለችግሮቻቸው ተገቢ ምላሽ እየሰጠ አለመሆኑን ተችተዋል። ዘገባዉ ፤ ዜጎቹ ኤምባሲው ለከፍተኛ ችግሮች፣ ለምሳሌም ለምግብ እና ለመድሃኒት እጥረት፣ ምላሽ እንደማይሰጥ እና ሰራተኞቹም በአካል ተገኝተው የዜጎችን ሁኔታ ክትትል እንደማያደርጉ አስረድቷል።

ሱዳናውያኑ፣ ቀደም ሲል እንደተደረገው፣ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ጣልቃ በመግባት ለሱዳናውያን የስደተኞችን ሁኔታ ከግምት ውስጥ ያስገባ የዘጠኝ ወር የቪዛ ነፃ ፈቃድ እንዲሰጥላቸው ጠይቀዋል።
